Ursa Borealis was founded by Ryan McAfee, a seasoned regulatory leader whose career has focused on public interest regulation, compliance, investigations, enforcement and organizational leadership.
Ryan has led regulatory teams, modernized oversight approaches and supported organizations through complex operational and legislative challenges. His work is guided by integrity, fairness, procedural soundness and public safety.
